The spreadsheet problem

Spreadsheets work — until reorder planning becomes a daily guessing game.

As SKUs, suppliers, and channels grow, your spreadsheet starts answering yesterday’s question. Stok Metrics helps you answer the question that matters today: what should I buy next?

Which SKUs are at risk?
How much should I reorder?
Will supplier lead time cause a stockout?
Am I overbuying slow movers?

For Shopify sellers

Need a simpler Stocky-style reorder planner?

Stocky is going away after August 31, 2026. Stok Metrics is built for the part many merchants still need: reorder suggestions, supplier-based buying, PO drafts, and incoming-stock visibility.

Stok Metrics is not trying to copy every POS, barcode, transfer, and stocktake workflow at launch. It focuses on the buying decision: what to reorder, how much, when, and why.

Start planning your transition

Incoming stock

A PO draft is not counted until the order is confirmed.

Generate a draft, send it to your supplier, then mark it as ordered after the supplier order is actually placed. That keeps future recommendations from double-counting or reordering stock already on the way.

Questions

Common questions

Is Stok Metrics an ERP?

No. Stok Metrics is focused on forecasting, reorder planning, supplier lead times, PO drafts, and incoming-stock visibility. It is designed to be lighter than ERP software.

Do I need a Shopify or Amazon API connection?

No. The first workflow is CSV-first. Upload exports from the platforms you already use. Direct integrations can be added later without changing the core buying workflow.

Is this a complete Stocky replacement?

Not at launch. Stok Metrics focuses on Stocky-style reorder planning and purchasing workflows. It does not initially replace every POS, barcode, label printing, stocktake, or transfer workflow.

Does generating a PO draft count as incoming stock?

No. A PO draft is only a draft. Stock is counted as incoming only after you confirm the supplier order was actually placed.
