The spreadsheet problem

Spreadsheets work until reorder planning becomes a daily guessing game.

As SKUs, suppliers, and channels grow, your spreadsheet starts answering yesterday's question. Stok Metrics helps you answer the question that matters today: what should I buy next?

Which SKUs are at risk?
How much should I reorder?
Will supplier lead time cause a stockout?
Am I overbuying slow movers?

CSV-first onboarding

Start with the CSVs you already export.

Stok Metrics is designed for sellers moving beyond spreadsheets, not for companies that need a months-long ERP implementation or live store API project.

CSV-first trust

Lower connection risk by design. No store links required.

Stok Metrics is CSV-first by design. Build forecasts and buy plans from exported files without connecting Amazon, Shopify, or marketplace credentials to a new tool.

No live store credentials Your seller accounts stay decoupled from the planning workflow.
No API throttling surprises Exports stay useful even when store APIs change, disconnect, or hit limits.
Review before acting Recommendations are decision support, not automatic changes to your store.
Decision support

Forecasts that explain the next purchase.

Each recommendation keeps demand, lead time, and supplier constraints visible, so you can approve or adjust the buy plan with context.

Stok Metrics Why This Forecast panel showing forecast reason, demand, confidence, and uplift

Know why the forecast changed

See recent demand, next 7-day and 30-day totals, confidence, promo sensitivity, and holiday uplift in plain language.

Approve the plan, or adjust it

Keep Stok Metrics' recommended quantity visible while you edit the order quantity your business will actually place.

Plan around supplier rules

Use lead times, costs, MOQs, pack sizes, and payment terms so the suggested buy is practical, not theoretical.

Buy plan

Turn forecast risk into a supplier-ready buy plan.

Sort by urgency, review suggested units and projected cost, then open the explanation when a row needs judgment. Instead of rebuilding the spreadsheet every week, you work from one reviewable buy plan.

For Shopify sellers

Keep the reorder-planning part of your Stocky workflow.

If Stocky helped you decide what to buy and when to buy it, Stok Metrics gives you a focused path forward after August 31, 2026: reorder suggestions, supplier-based buying, PO drafts, and incoming-stock visibility.

Stok Metrics does not replace every POS, barcode, label printing, stocktake, transfer, warehouse, or accounting workflow. The launch focus is the buying decision: what to reorder, how much, when, and why.

Incoming stock

Separate draft POs from stock that is truly on the way.

Build a draft, send it to your supplier, then mark it ordered only after the supplier confirms or the order is placed. Future recommendations can account for confirmed incoming units without treating every draft like real inventory.

Questions

Common questions

Why does Stok Metrics use CSV uploads instead of a direct live store API?

CSV uploads let sellers start forecasting without handing over live store credentials, waiting on API approvals, or depending on live store connections before they can plan.

What CSVs do I need to start?

Start with sales, inventory, product, and supplier files from the systems you already use. During onboarding, Stok Metrics helps map those files into a first reviewable buy plan.

Do I need to upload customer names or addresses?

No. Stok Metrics does not need customer names, emails, phone numbers, shipping addresses, or payment data. The app is designed around sales dates, SKUs, quantities, inventory, product details, supplier rules, costs, and lead times.

How long does it take to get my first inventory forecast?

If your sales, inventory, product, and supplier files are ready, the goal is to move from upload to a first reviewable forecast and buy plan during onboarding.

What happens to my uploaded data if I decide to cancel?

You stay in control of your account. You can export your data where available and request deletion according to the Privacy Policy and service terms. Stok Metrics is designed for planning support, not permanent lock-in.

Is there a long-term contract or hidden commitment?

No. The Standard plan is month-to-month. Eligible Founding Sellers receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required, then $19/month for the first 12 paid months after the trial if they choose a paid subscription.

Is this a complete Stocky replacement?

Not at launch. Stok Metrics focuses on Stocky-style reorder planning and purchasing workflows. It does not initially replace every POS, barcode, label printing, stocktake, transfer, warehouse, or accounting workflow.

Does generating a PO draft count as incoming stock?

No. A PO draft is only a draft. Stock is counted as incoming only after you confirm the supplier order was actually placed.

What is the Early Access Program?

The Early Access Program is for approved sellers who want early access to Stok Metrics and are willing to share feedback. Eligible Founding Sellers receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required, then $19/month for the first 12 paid months after the trial if they choose a paid subscription.
