This Refund Policy supplements the Terms of Service and, where applicable, the Early Access Terms. It does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or any applicable payment-provider buyer terms.
1. Free trial
The 30-day free trial has no charge. No credit card is required to begin it, and it does not automatically convert to a paid subscription or charge you. You must affirmatively choose to begin paid service.
2. Paid subscriptions
Once you affirmatively start paid service, your subscription is billed and renews according to the plan and price shown at checkout. Early Access pricing, when applicable, is described in the Early Access Terms.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel through the available billing controls or by contacting support@stokmetrics.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself request account deletion or refund a paid billing period. Review the confirmation and effective date shown by the billing provider.
4. Refunds
Stok Metrics offers a full refund of any paid Stok Metrics subscription charge when a refund is requested within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. For recurring subscriptions, the same 14-day refund window applies to each renewal charge.
This policy applies to the initial paid subscription transaction and every subsequent renewal transaction. Within the 14-day window, there are no product-usage, download, cancellation-reason, or partial-month exclusions, and a refund does not require discretionary Stok Metrics approval. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes refunds.
5. Questions and requests
You may request a refund through Paddle Buyer Support or by emailing support@stokmetrics.com. Include the email used for your subscription and enough non-sensitive transaction detail for us to locate it. Do not email passwords or full payment-card numbers.
